At Versent we are committed to not only providing for our people (regardless of their location), we also want to ensure we’re taking care of them. In this stressful time, we wanted to lessen the burden on our teams. Since March, we have offered paid pandemic leave and introduced a ‘Corona Care webinar series’ which tackles everything from how to cope with feelings of isolation working from home, to how to manage home-schooling young children and maintaining motivation. We are now looking to establish a broader program focused on whole of person, resilience and positivity.
