A message from Paul Nicholls, CEO

CEO, Versent Group
We are “Building the future together”
Not long ago, we made a bold move to bring the best of Versent, Epicon, Purple Digital, and Cloud Access into one powerful consulting and engineering force. Since then, we’ve been stitching together our strengths across cloud, digital, data & AI, security & identity and DSM – now all flying under the Versent banner for bigger customer impact.
Today, we’re turning up the dial.
We’re excited to announce a strategic partnership with Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. As part of this move, Telstra will retain a 25% share, whilst Infosys will acquire 75% of Versent Group.
So what stays the same? Our brand, our business, our values and our culture. Versent remains a standalone company, continuing to deliver engineering excellence and customer first solutions.
What this means for us.
This partnership gives us more scale, deeper tech and AI capabilities, and access to global learning opportunities including partnerships with institutes like Stanford and MIT. It opens doors to bigger projects, new customers and even tougher problems to solve while keeping our local talent and culture at the heart of everything we do.
For Infosys, this is about growing faster in Australia, combining global platforms with our local expertise. For us it’s about accelerating our Powered up 2025 strategy and delivering more impact for our customers.
Versent is stronger than ever, and now we’re set up to do even more.
